This was an artist book made for Bucky Miller. It was offset printed in a short run of 23.
Bucky’s photography first and foremost provokes a sense of wonder. Each image exists as a part of an ever changing narrative as their groupings and titles change from day to day. I wanted to highlight the ambiguous story his work creates by arranging photos differently on each spread. The book relies on a six column grid, but images move in and out of strictly adhering to this rule. This leaves the reader unsure of what to expect every time they turn the page, bringing them into the same wonder the artist uses to view seemingly everyday subjects.
